I had a consultation with MR Benjamin Bloch regarding having a total knee replacement. Everything was explained to me regards the operation and the post Op care and the need for physio and exercise. My operation went ahead as planned on the 4/11/21 and l could not have asked for a better outcome. I would definitely go back to Mr Bloch if l need my other knee replacing and highly recommend him to anyone needing this procedure doing. Thank you for care Mr Bloch.

Since having my operation in August, 2021 I have become a new man. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and completely stress free. Operation performed was no problem whatsoever and everything explained in full throughout the whole process.

Very happy to have Dr Bloch as my surgeon, he has been an excellent communicator and kept me informed at every stage, covered all my worries and a first class outcome.
Ben was happy to discuss questions and he put me at ease. The new knee is getting stronger everyday. Glutton for punishment and going back for more.. Thanks again Dr Bloch.

Mr Bloch in detail the procedure of total knee replacement including post OP discomfort and the need for physiotherapy and exercise. In the event recovery was comfortable and quick by comparison with acquaintances who didn't have the benefit of Mr Bloch s experience and skill.

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in hip and knee surgery. My NHS practice is based at the City Hospital Campus, Nottingham University Hospitals. I also have a private practice at Spire Nottingham Hospital and at BMI The Park Hospital.
I perform a large number of hip and knee replacement operations – over 250 per year. I also have an interest in revision knee replacements and the treatment of the young patient with an arthritic knee.
I can offer treatments suitable for the younger patient including cartilage regeneration techniques, knee osteotomy, unicompartmental knee replacement and patello-femoral joint replacements where appropriate.
